A PMP® and PSMTM II certified Air Force officer with ten years experience as a Technical Project and Operations Manager who has a continuous improvement and agile mindset. Facilitated the relocation and establishment of a helicopter unit from the ground up, including the creation of maintenance facilities, testing bays, and strict acceptance checks for 12 medium lift helicopters. In addition to overseeing the operations and maintenance of aviation assets worth over Rs. 2,000 crore, have led numerous projects with significant outcomes. Oversaw the adoption of IAF-designed automation tools by all sections reporting to me as part of organisational digital transformation. Impacted Modernization efforts, process improvement initiatives, and safe storage, transportation, and handling of 160 metric tonnes of vital weaponry inventories.
