Negotiated and liaised with multiple stakeholders at critical junctures over a spectrum of issues and ensured favourable outcomes. Delivered through complex challenges and made high-stakes decisions using analytical judgement and strong work ethics. Steered through many complex situations wherein bottlenecks were identified and troubleshot. I had the good fortune to lead various Quick Reaction Teams for unforeseen situations which had a great deal of threat to life and property. Led a team which prepared intelligence matrix wherein the modus operandi for intelligence gathering followed by threat and vulnerability analysis and flow of information to user end was prepared, profiling of sensitive areas, undertaking various precautionary measures to prevent untoward situation, also preparing Crisis Management Plan.
