About me
I am Nitin Raj, an ex-Army Officer, a PGPEX graduate from IIMC and an electronics engineer. A brief on my career path is in succeeding paras while my CV is attached.
I have had a challenging and fulfilling career of twenty years in Indian Army, and I set myself on the path of undertaking a second career by doing a one-year full-time MBA from IIM Calcutta. While in the 20 years in the Army I was exposed to leadership, strategy, and man management skills, I have had 12 years of experience in various organisations in the private sector since 2011
I am presently Deputy Director, Program Delivery, with the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh for the last five years and am, effectively, a COO for the vast bouquet of CHAI projects (health sector) in the State of MP.
Earlier I have been involved in Corporate planning and strategy for a leading HVAC company and have also worked for four years with a leading MNC Bank in Project Management profile.
I have been managing health care programs, from planning to execution, in the present role, and have been able to focus not only on operational excellence but also on how the state govt- our prime stakeholder, views us.
At this stage i feel fully equipped for any leadership role, especially in operations, given the versatility of career experiences
