Job Description
- Co-ordinating with vendors/customers on contract agreement
- Overviewing of office maintenance & requirements like stationeries, housekeeping etc.
- Liaise with Govt. bodies to get the certificates like FSSAI, BBMP Trade License, Labour License etc.
- Maintaining the database of corporate office assets.
- Maintaining the database of company issued sim cards, uniforms & ensuring the payment & deductions of the same.
- Maintaining the database of company provided accommodation & getting approval for the same for timely payment.
- Maintaining the proper database of all outlets, agreement, insurance coverage, electricity bills etc, original Keys.
- Handling petty cash for emergency expenses.
- Supervising the security, housekeeping, co-ordinating for staff/management Lunch.
- Maintaining the corporate office staff attendance register.
- Arranging travel accommodations, staff ticket booking etc.
- Scheduling & allotting conference hall for meetings.
- Ensuring all our outlets have the basic needs like first aid kit, Fire extinguisher & other required equipment’s.
- Other duties & responsibilities entrusted by the management.
