Job Description
Hiring for a client, a fully integrated Fish & Aqua wholesale company, offering a single window customised sourcing and supply chain facility to a complete range of domestic B2B customers. Our positioning as a Specialist and Dedicated Fish Only company in organised trade, extensive sourcing network, first mile linkages with farm ponds – boats and societies, own Fleet, fully equipped Aqua Distribution Centre’s (ADCs), buying points, own ice factories, chilled storages, QC labs, in-house R&D supported by a group of Domain experts and an experienced leadership team – present us as a strong option for B2B customers.

Position: ADC Operations Management
Experience: 12 – 15 years
Location 1: Vuyyuru (35 KM from Vijayawada)
Location 2: Doddajala (Airport road), Bengaluru
Responsibilities Include:
- ADC (Aqua Distribution Centre) Operations Management:
- Prepare standard operating procedure for the complete operations.
- Coordinate and oversee daily work flows between Sourcing, First mile logistics, mid mile logistics, last mile logistics, customer service and ADC operations.
- Plan and monitor workforce requirements to ensure productivity, profitability and high service levels to customers.
- Dispatch management as per the SLAs/TAT.
- Ensure orders, receipts, returns and special projects are completed on time and accurately.
- Responsible for inventory checks being in place (cycle count schedule)
- Review open orders deck daily.
- Ensure staff is trained on customer specific requirements, retailer specific requirements, as well as good DC (Dispatch centre) practices.
- Review incident log on at least weekly basis with warehouse and customer service staff.
- Ensure Housekeeping program in effect and monitored.
- Facility and racking layout for best flow.
- MHE (Material Handling Equipment) is in good working order.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure high productivity of the team. Training the team, motivating the team.
- Roster for the shifts.
- Compliance management. Records & register management, Security, Labour etc.
- MIS on daily basis.
