Our RJMS institution is led by the kind-hearted individual and social activist Sri K.R. Soundararajan, located in the Cumbum Valley. The institution has been operational since 2008. The vision and mission of the institution have been formulated by scholars and experts who are experienced entrepreneurs. The primary objective of our institution is to illuminate the underserved areas in education, especially for economically disadvantaged students. The infrastructure of our institution is built upon an eco-friendly environment, aligned with the governmental standards for matriculation schools. Additionally, renewable energy sources are utilized wherever necessary. Currently, we offer a curriculum from Pre-KG to 12th standard, following the matriculation standards of achievement.

The selection criteria for our teaching and support staff are based on experience, knowledge, and skills. Our recruitment process follows a rigorous approach. Modern teaching pedagogy is ensured through our ITC-Wi-Fi enabled premises, featuring smart classrooms and well-furnished labs in appropriate locations. The academic standards for the matriculation syllabus are set by the Education Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu. With this approved syllabus, we include curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities on par with our academic studies.

Given the geographical location, the Cumbum Valley is best suited for farming and other agricultural activities. Therefore, the quality of education plays an increasingly vital role in this region. The primary responsibility of our institution is to instill the value of education in rural, agriculture-based communities. As we celebrate our 15th year of educational service, we consider this just the beginning, not the culmination.
