About me
I am Dheena, completed Sloan Fellowship (MSc) in Mar 2023 in Strategy and Leadership at London Business School (No.1 in FT-2022 Business School ranking).
I am also an Armed Forces Veteran from India having extensive experience in Project and Program Management, Corporate Strategy, HR and setting and scaling up startups etc.
The 25 years illustrious military career made me a resilient leader in executing strategy and operations, contributing considerably towards sustainable coastal environment. I come with transferable skills acquired being part of Armed Forces which shall make myself better used in the business industry. I see myself bold in taking decisions in my personal and professional life.
To upskill my learning process, I have used the London Business School platform to engage with the business community to fill in the gaps.
I am also confident that I can break the barriers through consistent hard work and prove my skillset to add value and help my future company capture opportunities.
